Job Description

Role & Responsibilities 1. Preparation of BOQ, BOR, Rate analysis, Cost Analysis and budget based on the technical specifications and GFC Drawings.
2. Preparation of project execution plan,resource plan and ensure project meets and requirements and objectives.
3. Tracking of project progress with the help of MSP.
4. Review Project Designs, drawings and technical Reports
5. Site co ordination from Head Office.
6. Certifying bills from sites.
7. Preparation & Implementation of Safety & Quality standards at sites.
8. Looking after Sourcing & Procurement - preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFP), manage the RFP process from inception through negotiation, award, and contract execution.

Salary 6 Lac To 7 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
