End to end client management on calls.
Handing the process of incoming calls and outgoing call.
Provide immediate response to customer complaints.
Relationship building with clients.
Stakeholder management.
Processing inquiries generated.
Responding to queries from clients and give timely support when requested.
Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
Client Relation related activities.
