• Designed Hr Policies & Job Description; Email Drafting.
• social Recruiting such as Linkedin, Face Book; Headhunting - Identifying and Approaching Suitable Candidates.
• Completing a Search of the Candidate Database to Find the Right Person for the Employer's Vacancy.
• receiving and Reviewing Applications, Managing Interviews, and Short-listing Candidates; Organizing Interviews for Candidate and Co-ordinating with Technical Team; Informing Candidates About the Results of Their Interviews.
• Handle the Walk-ins ; Job Updates On Job Portals, Social Media On Daily Basis.
• Maintaining Database Using Ms Office Products and Creating Reports On Weekly, Monthly and Need Basis.
• lead and Close all Formalities Related to On Boarding of the Candidate, Induction, Joining Formalities, Background Verification Process.
• manage Employee Life Cycle Activities- Manage Individual Performance, Salary Review, Undertake Disciplinary Action, Process Resignations and Terminations.
• drive Employee Engagement Initiatives, Rewards and Recognition Functions.
• Responsible for Discipline, Welfare, Morale & Motivation, Counselling and Grievance Handling.
